Husband and I got the jacuzzi room and was very nice, clean and staff was all very friendly! Price is very reasonable

We had an excellent time staying here! The room was beautiful and clean, the whole staff was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. From check in to check out we felt so welcome. I hope the manager is very proud of the team they have running this place. Thank you for making our weekend with our little family one to remember! We will absolutely be back.

The beds were by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced in a very long time! Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof. We could hear walking on the floor above and traffic outside, but that can be typical in any hotel. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't stay open on its own; not a huge problem, just irritating. Overall, it was clean, friendly and had no overwhelming or off-putting odors (which is always a plus for my sensitive nose). A decent stay.

It's everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn (clean and comfortable), but what I didn't expect was such friendly and welcoming staff! Nicole and Rob were so welcoming and took such pride in their jobs... they love this hotel and their positivity is infectious! Definitely recommend this hotel if you are passing through Birch Run!

Dear Readers, I want you to know that this place is simply AMAZING! I am in town doing a lecture for Social Workers from throuhout the state of Michigan. The event is in a vacation area called Frankenmuth, MI. I was looking for a place to rest and be alone, but when I check in, a young lady name Amber greeted me as if I were a member of her family. I do not know if it is normal, but she was more invested my comfort and reservation more than I was for myself. As an adjunct professor I teach if you ask the wrong question you will always get the wrong answer. She asked all the right questions and made it clear by her kindness that her role was to serve this tired old man. She would be one of the big reasons if I were asked to lecture in the future, I wlll call this hotel, asked for Amber and return to this very location. There should be a ten star option on this evaluation becauase five star does not seem to get it. Thanks, Amber, Dr. Abiade, aka Doc

10 mins from Frankenmuth, and well worth it, it is a perfect location next to many stores to get anything you may have forgotten and that is only if the hotel doesnt have it! Breakfest every morning was so good! Orange juice, chocolate milk, so many varieties!! Book your next stay here!

The room was clean and bigger than expected. It's an older hotel and needed a little touch up - paint/grout work. That would go along way for it's appeal. I was on the 3rd floor, first door by the elevators. Not at all bothered by people coming and going but the vending area machines were so loud I could hear them in my room. The beds were great - nice and comfortable, but they were a bit high off the ground. I have arthritis in my hip so getting in and out was painful and challenging for me. BUT...a really great room. It had a place for all of my stuff and an area where I could put out my computer to work. It had easy to use temperature controls and plenty of lighting. And again, those beds were comfortable (and the pillows) Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The room was reasonable, clean and large.
